NFTeria · an independent builder
NFTeria is building the future of merchant-owned money.
Live settlement on Ethereum Sepolia. Treasury automation is being designed, and confidential execution runs only in a simulator.
The current product
UNICA: merchant settlement on Uniswap v4.
Pay in ETH. The merchant receives USDC.
UNICA is an MIT-licensed settlement hook and modular integration layer for Uniswap v4, designed for applications and other ecosystems to extend. A payer pays in one currency, a recipient receives another, atomically, through Uniswap's official Universal Router, into a pool whose hook admits a swap only on that path and only for a registered order, with a versioned receipt event.
NFTeria built UNICA from scratch, and its code is public. UNICA is testnet only.
Where it stands
What is live, and what is not.
Every capability is stated at the rung it has actually reached. Every live row links to its transaction on a public explorer.

Live · testnet
UNICA V1, Ethereum Sepolia
UNICA V1 is live on Ethereum Sepolia. Its hook and executor are source-verified on Sourcify as a partial match, and one settlement ran through Uniswap's Universal Router: 0.001 ETH in, 2.003660 USDC out. The V1 settlement on Etherscan

UNICA V3, Ethereum Sepolia
UNICA V3 settled its first payment on Ethereum Sepolia on 2026-09-10: 0.001 ETH in, 2.216294 USDC out. That settlement on Etherscan
The same day, a V3 settlement was made in a browser through the published page. In that payment the merchant was a name, nfteria.eth, resolved on ENSv2 Sepolia and shown to the payer before anything was signed. The browser settlement on Etherscan

Deployed
UNICA V3 on three more testnets
V3 is deployed and source-verified at one address on four testnets: Ethereum, Unichain, Base and Arbitrum Sepolia. It has settled payments only on Ethereum Sepolia. On the other three it is deployed and bound, and has settled nothing. The V3 hook's verified source on Etherscan

Experimental
One order on Robinhood Chain testnet
Experimental, testnet only: on 2026-09-11 a separate experimental hook and executor settled one order on Robinhood Chain testnet (chain id 46630). The order took 0.001 faucet TSLA in and paid 0.393052 uTUSD to the merchant. It was paid by NFTeria's deployer, against liquidity NFTeria seeded, at a demonstration rate NFTeria set. The payment on the testnet explorer
The faucet TSLA is a testnet token with no real-world value, not a share or a security, and uTUSD has no value. There is no oracle, and the contracts' source is not verified on the explorer. No tokenized equity is supported.

Designed
UNICA v4, the next UNICA release
UNICA v4, the next UNICA release, is being designed now. It is not built or deployed. It will be a separate deployment with its own addresses and records, not an upgrade of any contract deployed so far. Unreleased groundwork for it sits on the repository's
unicaV4branch; apart from the experimental contracts above, nothing added there is deployed.UNICA v4 is a UNICA release name. It is not Uniswap v4, the AMM that UNICA is built on.
Honestly
What we will not claim.
- No part of UNICA has been audited.
- Testnet only. There is no mainnet deployment and no real value at risk.
- NFTeria does not claim that any outside customer has paid through UNICA.
- NFTeria does not operate a custodial merchant account.
NFTeria is an independent builder. UNICA is not commissioned by, affiliated with, endorsed by, or reviewed by Uniswap or any other ecosystem named here.
